This success story highlights the emerging shift in Ethiopia’s dairy sector as a new generation of professional dairy advisors steps forward. Supported by the BRIDGE+ project’s practical training and coaching, 41 advisors now work with more than 258 commercial farms, helping them strengthen daily management, improve milk quality, and enhance overall performance. Through the experiences of advisors like Alemitu and Dr. Geda, the story illustrates how better skills, informed decision-making, and farmer–advisor trust are driving steady, sustainable improvements across the sector.
